Top-class and attentive staff, and excellent food!!!
Great way to end our christmas. A stylish and homey hotel in an easy setting with a good choice of little extras. Approximately 25 minutes' drive from airport. The pool area is nice too. Modern interior, incredible restaurant.

Hotel was safe and homey!
The rooms were reasonably large and included central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television etc. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and bars, two excellent malls, and the historic center.

Booked a room with great views of the mountains. The location in a safe area was particularly good and there were a large shopping mall and a small shopping mall nearby. We dined at an outstanding nearby restaurant with Chilean dishes.

pleasant stay with minor issues
The breakfast was excellent , but the coffee bar staff really stood out for their really good service. The atmosphere throughout the hotel created a cute vibe that we appreciated.

Close to the center.
No WI-FI all 3 days I was there. A dissapointment since I needed it for work. (they did have a business center, but it wasn't convenient for business)

Consider me officially shocked
The fine decor, tranquil atmosphere, and cute staff left me speechless. Each morning, a really good breakfast prepared with local ingredients complemented the serene views of the Andes from my room. Perfect location with ample dining options nearby, it. I can't wait to return!

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The best thing about the hotel though is the terrace next to the pool. It's like a little oasis where you can have a drink or food and just relax after a day visiting the city.
It was a bit outside of the center so we had to take a taxi but they weren't expensive and this was easy to do.

Staff were friendly and helpful and room was a good size.
Breakfast was poor with insufficient choice and poor cereal availability.

I had such high hopes, but the service was a letdown. The staff never remembered me after multiple visits, making check-ins a hassle. It felt like I was just another number, not a welcomed guest. Super frustrating!

Very nice residential area with lots of greenery. Great city views from the balcony. Wonderful courtyard for dining or just sitting.
Our balcony could easily have been accessed from the balconies on either side of us as there was only a waist high metal railing between the balconies. Fortunately, the sliding doors seemed to lock properly.

The dining room and terrace are charming. An information stand informs you about places to visit, good restaurants etc. The rooms are spacious. Excellent location. The hotel staff is polite, and offered a change of room for the last night due to too much noise in the room where I stayed.
The hotel rooms deal with some technical issues: the anti-noise insulation between different rooms (at least in the back part of the hotel) is really bad and the central heating system has a lot of air in it, both disturb a good night sleep. The breakfast is really not that good as older comments state. The quality of the standard rooms in the back part of the hotel are very disapointing considering the cost and are certainly not as charming as may appear from the website. The global appreciation of this hotel on Booked.net is certainly not valid considering the global evaluation of other hotels where I stayed in Santiago.
